Your
safari will be considered a firm booking upon receipt of 50%
of the safari & observer fees. The balance of these fees is
due upon arrival in South Africa prior to the start of the safari.
All fees paid in South Africa, must be in US Dollars cash or
US dollar traveller's cheques. A minimum of seven days must
be booked. If the safari is cancelled by the client less than
six months prior to the |

the safari is due to start, the 50% deposit will be forfeited
if the dates cannot be rebooked. A 10% fee will be assessed
on any cancelled safari. Rates available on request.

Rates
do include:

Services of licensed Professional hunters.

Luxury thatched safari Camp.
- Support
staff including skinners, trackers, cooks, waiters and camp assistants.

Use of hunting vehicles within the hunting area.

Daily meals.

Road transportation between hunting areas.

Road transportation to and from Johannesburg International Airport.
Rates
do not include:
- Trophy
fees paid at each ranch for animals killed or wounded.
- Trophy
dipping, packing, crating and export fees.
- Air
cargo cost for shipment of trophies.
- Custom
duty, if any, on firearms and ammo.
- Hotel
accommodation before, during or after the Safari if required or
requested.
- Air
charter within South Africa if required.
- Gratuities
for the professional hunter and staff.
- Insurance
of trophy's.
- Taxidermist
costs.
Liability
We
undertake to exercise the utmost care to ensure the safety of our
clients and their belongings, yet we cannot be held responsible
for any illness, accident, act of God or loss whatsoever, nor any
expenses arising therefrom.
Additional
Costs
Any
other guests who accompany the hunter and wish to embark upon tours
to Game reserves, Shopping Malls, etc. will be accommodated with
pleasure, but these costs will be over and above the cost of the
Safari.
